Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
Provide accurate information about products, order status.
Manage complaints and common issues, escalating complex cases to the supervisor as necessary.
Record and process customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper order fulfillment.
Maintain client files and ensure adequate documentation of communications.
Support the sales team with after-sales service, quotes and customer account follow-up.
Ensure compliance with the company's service standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum Bac+2 / Bac+3 in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Previous experience in customer service (preferably in the packaging or industrial sector, is an asset).
Excellent communication skills in French and Arabic (English is an asset).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Bac+2 / Bac+3 en Administration des Affaires, Gestion ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Une exp rience pr alable en service la client le, (de pr f rence dans le secteur de l'emballage ou de l'industrie, est un atout).
- Excellentes comp tences en communication en fran ais et en arabe (l'anglais est un atout).
- Solides comp tences organisationnelles, souci du d tail et capacit effectuer plusieurs t ches la fois.
- Familiarit avec les outils MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) .
- Esprit orient vers le client avec capacit r soudre des probl mes.
