Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and Customer Care- to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:


Answer incoming Calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner

Daily/Weekly call handling targets and projects

Data Entry for all new messages coming through social media, WhatsApp or phone calls

Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
