Roles & Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations:

Greet occupants and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing a welcoming first

impression of the building.

Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and assistance.

Manage visitor check-in procedures, issue access passes, and direct guests to their destinations within

the building.

Customer Support:

Serve as the main point of contact for occupants regarding building services, amenities, and facilities.

Address inquiries and concerns related to maintenance, security, parking, and other building-related issues

issues.

Assist occupants with requests for repairs, maintenance, or special services, coordinating with relevant

departments as needed.

Tenant Relations:

Build and maintain positive relationships with building occupants, addressing their needs and concerns

in a proactive and professional manner.

Solicit feedback from occupants to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance

satisfaction.

Communicate building policies, procedures, and updates to occupants effectively and transparently.

Administrative Support:

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping to ensure efficient

operations.

Support the Property Manager with special projects, reports, and presentations as required.

Execute any other assigned duties.
