Job Description:

NOK Human Capital is hiring Bilingual French-English Customer services representatives for a very well-known BPO company,

Our agents will be responsible for answering incoming communications from customers, consulting on products with compassion, or finding resolutions for their issues with a smile. Youll be the difference between a customer experience that is just average and one that is exceptional. Additionally, you will conduct research to provide accurate answers and resolve customer issues effectively.

Requirements:

Six months or more of customer services experience.

Graduates only (High school diploma or equivalent).

the ability to recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge.

C1 French Level & B1 English Level.

Egyptians only.
