Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product or service issues effectively and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide information about products, services, and policies
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when needed
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, empathetic attitude
Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and online platforms
Fluency in English Arabic
