Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve product or service issues effectively and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when needed
