Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the customer service team to deliver outstanding support and service.
  • Design and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent, high-quality interactions.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and installation teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Train staff on best practices, product knowledge, and communication skills to enhance service delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics and present findings to senior management.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to maintain Kitchino s leadership in customer service excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as customer service manager
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
Excellent command of English is A must
Previous experience in hospitality or hotels is a plus
Strong leadership & communication skills
