Your Mission : Versatility and Impact As a pillar of our expansion in Spain, you will be a versatile expert.

Your key responsibilities are structured around four axes: Sales and Retention:

  • Transform incoming calls into sales and customer loyalty opportunities for our French and Spanish clients.
  • Customer Support (B2C): Guiding our individual customers in the installation and use of our solutions with a simple and pedagogical approach.
  • Partner Relations (B2B): Informing our partners and addressing their requests to ensure excellent collaboration.
  • Spanish Market Development: Actively participate in building and improving the customer experience in Spain, our new strategic frontier.
