Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :


Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Process reservations over the phone, via email, or in-person.
Ensure that all reservations have accurate and detailed information.
Provide accurate information about our properties, amenities, and local attractions.
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, office supplies procurement, etc.
Prepare daily schedule and coordinate with Housekeeping and maintenance teams for daily operations.
Coordinate with operations team to ensure guest satisfaction.
Other additional admin task assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements :

UAE National with Family Book required.
Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken;
Must possess a valid UAE driving license;
Owning a personal vehicle is mandatory;

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
