Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chatProvide timely and professional support to clients and internal teams
Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems with accuracy
Verify and correct data discrepancies
Prepare reports and assist with documentation
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and improve service

Desired Candidate Profile

1–2 years of experience in customer service or data entry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
