Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to handle export operations, coordinate delivery schedules with production and shipping, and ensure excellent after-sales support for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations, tenders, and order costing.
  • Process customer orders and track status through the IMS system.
  • Coordinate with production, planning, and shipping to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Communicate with customers, shipping lines, and internal departments.
  • Handle customer complaints, credit/debit notes, and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business or related field.
  • 2 4 years of experience in customer service (export field preferred).
  • Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
  • Computer literate with good organizational skills.
  • Candidates living in 6th of October area are preferred.
