Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to handle export operations, coordinate delivery schedules with production and shipping, and ensure excellent after-sales support for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and order costing.
- Process customer orders and track status through the IMS system.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and shipping to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate with customers, shipping lines, and internal departments.
- Handle customer complaints, credit/debit notes, and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business or related field.
- 2 4 years of experience in customer service (export field preferred).
- Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
- Computer literate with good organizational skills.
- Candidates living in 6th of October area are preferred.
