Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Customer Service & Event Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing customer inquiries, coordinating event details, and ensuring every celebration runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media with professionalism and warmth. Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and communication with vendors and team members. Maintain accurate booking records and customer details. Support on-site events, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. Manage follow-ups, client feedback, and post-event reporting. Requirements: Strong communication and organizational skills. Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset. Ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy event periods. Previous experience in events, or customer service preferred. Graphic design (not necessary) Fluency in English Must be available on weekends and flexible with working hours. We offer: A creative, fast-paced work environment.
