Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Service Consultant
As a CARE customer service representative, you will effectively and professionally handle customer questions and requests regarding products, services, and website navigation. The selected candidate will follow established guidelines to provide world-class customer service.
The selected candidate will:
Respond to customer inquiries received through various channels (phone, chat, email, and other channels that may be added in the future) in a courteous and professional manner.
Conduct a detailed analysis of customer questions and requests and provide appropriate responses or solutions based on predefined procedures.
Use appropriate systems and available resources to respond to customer inquiries.
Assist and provide information to internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Participate in meetings with and communicate with teams from different areas.
Assume additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of the Italian language.
At least 1 year of work experience in a customer service position.
Experience working in a multi-channel customer service environment is preferred.
Ability to provide excellent customer service while performing other related tasks.
Experience with graphic design and/or image editing software is a plus.
