Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact point for clients, handling requests and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients, identifying opportunities for further growth and collaboration.
- Manage stop sales processes and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor and validate reservation confirmations from suppliers to maintain accuracy and service quality.
- Conduct weekly sales performance monitoring, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze competitive market trends and deliver detailed reports to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Yield and Booking departments to align objectives and improve performance.
- Support and coordinate with team members, ensuring tasks are followed up effectively and communication is seamless.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations within travel agencies, tour operators, or related fields.
Bachelor s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data analysis tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience working with data-driven reports.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Innovative and creative mindset, capable of contributing fresh perspectives and process improvements.
