Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Respond to client inquiries and conduct timely follow-ups.
Assist in managing client relationships and coordinating with internal teams.
Upload and maintain accurate customer data and documents in the system.
Support digital lead handling and monitor online inquiries.
Prepare simple reports and keep client records updated.
