Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and to gather feedback on their experience.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills B2.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
- Proficiency in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Flexibility to work full-time, under a long-term contract, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
