Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and to gather feedback on their experience.
  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills B2.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Proficiency in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, under a long-term contract, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
