Roles & Responsibilities

We’re Hiring – JRJ Group International LLC, Surat (On-Site Opportunity)
• Communicate with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand requirements.
• Explain UAE freezone & mainland license packages.
• Manage customer details, documents, and portals.
• Coordinate with the Dubai operations team for smooth workflow.
• Assist in import-export operations, documentation, and market research.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline tasks.



We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team in Surat for our Dubai-based business with multiple UAE Free Zones.

Position: Customer Service & Business Operations Executive
Location: Surat (Parle Point, City Light)
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers welcome)
Salary: TBD (based on skills & experience)
