Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Service Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

About the Role:


VXI Global Solutions is launching a new account in Egypt — and you have the opportunity to be part of the first hiring wave. As a Customer Support Representative, you will:


Handle inbound calls

Assist customers with billing, service inquiries, and technical issues

Deliver an exceptional customer experience on behalf of one of the top brands in the U.S.

What You’ll Be Doing:


Answer customer inquiries related to products and services

Provide accurate billing and technical support

Troubleshoot and resolve service issues with professionalism

Document customer interactions in internal systems

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction


Work Conditions:


Rotational shifts (5 days/week, 2 days off)

9 working hours per day, including a 1-hour break

On-site role at our office in City Stars, Nasr City

Transportation provided (pickup points + door-to-door after 11 PM)

EGP 19,000 gross monthly salary

Up to EGP 2,800 overnight allowance
