Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Graduate of B.S. Tourism or any related course.
- Must have minimum 1 year experience in airline/hospitality (front desk) or travel trade.
- Willing to consider candidates with airline training experience if they have completed an airline related diploma course.
- Good communication skills and appearance standards required.
- No visible tattoo.
Task Description:
- Provide quality of service and exceptional assistance to all customers at the designated areas such as (but not limited to) checking counters, boarding gates, transfer desk (disruption unit), offices, ramp, Lost and Found, crew terminal, and special handling.
