Roles & Responsibilities

Task Description:
  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to clients, including airlines, passengers,
    and internal departments.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, or in
    person.
  • Assist in processing catering orders, ensuring all details (quantity, quality, special requirements)
    are accurately captured.
  • Handle customer complaints or service disruptions, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely
    manner.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and track order statuses, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Atleast high school graduate.
  • 1-2 years experience in catering, buffet, cruise ship and airline catering services.
  • Basic English communication skills.
