Your mission 

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in:

  • Meeting customer needs: Ensuring quality service by answering questions via phone, email or chat.
  • Problem solving: Identifying and addressing requests or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Building customer loyalty: Providing customized solutions to strengthen customer trust and loyalty.

  • They have a perfect command of the Gulf Arabic dialect (Khaliji - languages ​​spoken in Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, Qatar,...) , basic knowledge of English is a plus.
  • They possess excellent communication skills , are organized, autonomous, and adopt a positive attitude.
