Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management

· Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

· Track customer preferences, purchase patterns, and feedback to personalize communication.

· Build long-term customer relationships to increase loyalty and repeat purchases.

2. Sales & Customer Insights

· Analyze customer data to identify buying trends and high-value customers.

· Share insights with the sales and marketing teams to support targeted campaigns.

· Monitor customer lifecycle stages and create retention strategies.

3. Loyalty Program Management

· Manage and grow the brand’s loyalty program.

· Track points, rewards, and redemptions.

· Engage customers through personalized offers based on their perfume preferences.

4. Campaign Management

· Assist in planning and executing CRM email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns.

· Segment customers for specific product launches or promotions.

· Track campaign performance (open rate, conversion rate, retention rate).

5. Customer Service Support

· Coordinate with retail teams to resolve customer issues or complaints quickly.

· Collect and record customer feedback from stores and online platforms.

· Ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to post-purchase.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer relations or customer service management.
  • Proven ability in handling and supervising 1–2 team members.
  • Background in retail or hospitality, with hands-on experience in loyalty and rewards programs.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, customer insights, and effective communication.
  • Capable of leading customer feedback initiatives, retention campaigns, and improving overall customer satisfaction.
  • MBA preferred with a strong understanding of customer engagement strategies.
