Roles & Responsibilities

Some Skin Care is hiring a Customer Relations Manager to join our team!

* Communicate with reserved customers to provide pre-service guidance, consultations and information about skincare services.

* Offer post-service care guidance and follow up on clients

* Work as a skin care consultant offer personalized consultations, create charts, and provide home care advice.

* Handle customer consultations, create and update charts, and provide home care advice.

* Manage the customer database and coordinate with the reception and marketing teams.

* Support marketing activities and promotions using customer data.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

* Females only

* Bachelor s degree

* Very good English (spoken & written)

* Excellent communication and multitasking skills

* Positive, customer-focused attitude

* Knowledge of skincare and product ingredients is a plus
