Want to play a strategic role at the heart of the automotive industry? Join our Quality team at the STLA K nitra site to contribute to performance and customer satisfaction!
Your mission: As part of the Plant Quality Engineering department , you will be responsible for product/process quality within a continuous improvement framework. This cross-functional role will involve collaborating with production, suppliers, the engineering department, and the end customer.
Your responsibilities will revolve around four main areas:
1. In-Field Quality Monitoring : analysis of field alerts and customer feedback;
2. Processing : quality management in production and steering of action plans;
3. Product/Process Change Acceptance : validation of PPAPs, monitoring of series changes, risk analysis;
4. Security : 100% control, parts inspection, implementation of immediate measures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Search profile:
Proven experience in the field of automotive factory quality (ideally level I3)
My mandatory mastery of STLA processes
Good knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, PPAP, QRQC, SPC)
Leadership, rigor, analytical skills and customer focus
