Roles & Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in your assigned territory, becoming their trusted partner for medical information and support.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based product information to healthcare professionals, ensuring they have the knowledge needed to make informed treatment decisions.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving personal sales objectives and contributing to overall territory growth.
  • Enhance healthcare professional satisfaction through responsive service, timely follow-up, and proactive engagement.
  • Identify customer needs and market insights, sharing feedback with internal teams to improve our approach and offerings.
  • Plan and execute territory activities strategically, optimizing coverage and impact across your customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and successful product launches.

About you

  • Experience: Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales or customer-facing roles within the healthcare industry, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and achieve results.
  • Soft and technical skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities; customer-centric mindset; ability to translate complex medical information into clear, actionable insights; digital literacy and comfort with CRM tools; self-motivated with excellent time management and territory planning skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field preferred.
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
