Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Continuously expand your knowledge about our products and services to provide up-to-date information to customers.
Requirements:
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Effective multitasking and prioritization skills
Positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Previous experience in customer service is preferred
