Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Supervisor to join our team in the real estate sector.
You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the overall sales and operations teams.
Responsibilities- Supervise and support the customer care team to ensure high-quality service.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with service standards.
- Follow up with clients regarding handovers, maintenance, and service requests.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and facility teams to resolve client issues.
- Prepare weekly and monthly customer service reports.
- Train and guide team members to improve communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure customer satisfaction KPIs are met consistently.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in any relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer care, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong leadership and team-supervision skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Strong customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
