Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries received via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.

• Manage social media queries across platforms by responding promptly to messages, comments, and DMs.

• Provide customer support by resolving queries, assisting with product information, and guiding customers through processes.

• Qualify and categorize leads accurately to ensure proper follow-up.

• Share qualified leads with the respective regional sales teams.

• Maintain accurate reports and track lead conversion performance.

• Respond promptly to customer concerns and escalate critical issues when required.

• Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience across all channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, lead handling, or related roles.

• Languages: English, Hindi (mandatory); Malayalam (added advantage).

• Technical Skills: Excellent communication, lead handling, CRM updates, and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, Zoom, and digital platforms for lead tracking.
