Your Mission : Versatility and Impact As a pillar of our expansion in Spain, you will be a versatile expert.

Your key responsibilities are structured around four areas: Sales and Retention:

• Transform incoming calls into sales and loyalty opportunities for our French and Spanish customers.
• Customer Support (B2C): Guide our individual customers in the installation and use of our solutions with a simple and educational approach.
• Partner Relations (B2B): Inform our partners and respond to their requests to ensure excellent collaboration.
• Development of the Spanish Market: Actively participate in building and improving the customer experience in Spain, our new strategic frontier.
