Roles & Responsibilities
As a Customer Advisor in technical support, you will play a key role in:
Call management : Handling incoming calls.
Diagnosis and resolution: Diagnose the problems encountered by proposing solutions.
Technical assistance: Providing technical assistance to customer inquiries.
Advice and guidance : Identifying the specific needs of clients in order to offer them tailored solutions.
