Your mission as a French-speaking Customer Advisor
As a French-speaking Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in:
- Answering incoming customer calls to assist them in using products and services.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems by guiding clients step by step.
- Ensure effective follow-up of customer requests to guarantee their satisfaction.
- Contacting customers to offer them deals tailored to their needs.
- Argue and convince by highlighting the advantages of the products and services.
- To ensure customer retention by offering solutions tailored to their expectations.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience by applying internal procedures.
- Working collaboratively with other departments for efficient handling of requests.
- To respect the quality and performance objectives defined by the company.
