Your mission as a Technical Customer Advisor

As a Technical Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in:

  • Responding accurately to customer requests in the Canadian market during the time slot of 2 p.m. to 2 a.m. (local time).

  • Handling incoming calls to answer questions and resolve technical issues, while ensuring rigorous follow-up.

  • Effectively solving technical problems: analyzing customer needs, identifying suitable solutions, and providing support in solving them.

  • D demonstrating advanced technical ability: use of tools and technologies to understand and resolve complex situations.

We are looking for talent who:

  • I speak French and English perfectly, both written and spoken.

  • Are available to work between 2 p.m. and 2 a.m. (local time)

  • Has excellent communication skills: clarity, pedagogy, patience, with an ability to explain technical solutions simply

  • Possess good technical aptitude: understanding of digital tools and technical systems, with a curiosity to learn quickly

  • Are organized, autonomous, proactive and able to manage priorities effectively even under pressure
