Roles & Responsibilities

At CodeTreps, we help kids (7 17) build skills in Coding, Entrepreneurship, and Presentation. We re a young and growing startup, and we re looking for someone who can take ownership of our curriculum and programs and help us keep improving them step by step.

You ll be working closely with our team, instructors, and customers to make sure our courses stay developed, engaging, relevant, and well-organized. This role is part strategy and part hands-on work, perfect for someone who enjoys being involved in both planning and doing.

What You ll Do
  • Decide changes/improvements to courses and help us explore new ones when needed.
  • Support and guide Product Owners in making curriculum updates and improvements.
  • Use feedback from Instructors, Parents, Sales/Marketing, and Operations to adjust programs to what customers are looking for.
  • Organize and monitor product development tasks, making sure goals are clear and progress is tracked.
  • Share curriculum updates with instructors, back-office staff, and parents so everyone stays aligned.
  • You ll also be teaching our program (coding/entrepreneurship/presentation skills) to few groups for you to be continuously connected with the Education Process.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We re Looking For

  • Good knowledge of Python (or similar programming language), and of block-based coding platforms like MIT AppInventor or Scratch.
  • Some background in curriculum design, product management, or educational program coordination.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to keep track of tasks and priorities.
  • Comfortable working with different teams (instructors, sales, marketing, operations).
  • Strong communication skills and attention to details.
  • A hands-on, flexible attitude willing to roll up your sleeves and adapt as the startup grows.

You ll Be an Even Greater Fit If:
  • You ve worked in an education, training, or a coding academy environment before.
  • You've worked on Curriculum Development or Course Design before.
  • Good knowledge of Entrepreneurship and Presentation Skills.
  • You enjoy finding ways to make learning fun and practical.
  • You re excited about the idea of building something meaningful for kids from the ground up.
