As the Culture & Activity Officer, you will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture by engaging employees in different activities and consistently training them on the company s value system.
In this role, you will:
• Help in developing and implementing talent and culture strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
• Design a list of activities that nurture the company vision, mission and values and execute these activities on a regular basis
• Work with HR to publish cultural activity calendars;
• Keeping a close eye on employee motivation and engagement levels;
• Help in developing Total reward solutions that enable organisations to attract, acquire and retain the best talent at Bayut.
• Budget and plan cultural activity costs and seek relevant approvals;
• Assist in the end-to-end management of internal employee engagement events;
• In coordination with HR, design and execute employee engagement surveys;
• Engage with Department Heads to gather requirements and feedback on the ongoing activities.
