Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the company s technology roadmap, with emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Align IT and ERP initiatives with business strategy and long-term growth plans.
• Lead full-cycle implementation and optimisation of Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR).
• Ensure seamless system integration, data migration, and continuous platform enhancement.
• Establish robust governance, cybersecurity measures, and compliance protocols.
• Configure role-based access and maintain adherence to international standards.
• Build and manage a high-performing ERP/IT team; oversee training and change management.
• Serve as the primary interface between business units and technical teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, including Microsoft and implementation partners; negotiate SLAs and contracts.
• Monitor Dynamics 365 updates, ensuring business advancements.

Candidate Requirements

Education
Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related field.

Experience

• 8-10 years of IT leadership experience, with 4 years in leading ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) implementations.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale ERP projects.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and architectures.
• Knowledgeable in business processes: finance, HR, supply chain, etc.
• Proficient in professional-level English, both written and oral.
• Strong people management skills.
