Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a CRM Specialist to manage and enhance customer relationships through data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing CRM campaigns, improving customer engagement, and driving retention by leveraging analytics and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty programs.
  • Optimize customer journeys to enhance engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
