Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
- Manage customer databases, ensuring accuracy and segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Manage the entire communication deliverable cycle including initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting
- Oversee the execution of personalized email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, content creation and product teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Utilize CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to streamline processes.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to improve CRM initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in customer communication.
- Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards, and recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM marketing, customer engagement, or digital marketing. At least 4 years experience in a CRM Marketing Manager role, ideally in an e-commerce startup.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in customer data segmentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive customer-centric strategies.
