Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Manage customer databases, ensuring accuracy and segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the entire communication deliverable cycle including initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting
  • Oversee the execution of personalized email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to refine marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, content creation and product teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to streamline processes.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to improve CRM initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in customer communication.
  • Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards, and recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM marketing, customer engagement, or digital marketing. At least 4 years experience in a CRM Marketing Manager role, ideally in an e-commerce startup.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in customer data segmentation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive customer-centric strategies.
