Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM and Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage our customer relationship management (CRM) system. This role will serve as the link between sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales activities, accurate data management, and excellent customer experience.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate and analyze CRM reports to support sales forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Ensure sales team compliance with CRM processes and provide training/support as needed.
  • Segment and manage customer databases for targeted campaigns.

Sales Coordination:

  • Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling documentation.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and follow up on pending leads, quotes, and contracts.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, agreements, and RFP responses.
  • Track KPIs and sales performance metrics, reporting regularly to management.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate with operations/logistics to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Liaise with finance on invoicing, payment tracking, and client account status.

Customer Support:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, routing them to the appropriate teams.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating responses to complaints or issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination, CRM management, or administrative support.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
