Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee CRM system configuration, customization, and optimization to align with evolving business needs, ensuring peak performance and user satisfaction.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security settings within the CRM, safeguarding sensitive data and maintaining data integrity.
  • Develop and implement CRM workflows, automation rules, and integrations, streamlining processes and boosting team efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to CRM users, empowering them to effectively utilize the system and maximize its capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in technical principles.
  • Holds relevant CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Microsoft Dynamics , demonstrating expertise and commitment.
  • Has 3-5 years of experience in CRM administration, with a proven track record of successful implementations and system management.
  • Experience in SaaS and cloud-based CRM systems, showcasing adaptability and understanding of modern CRM architecture.
