Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise daily crew operations, including packing, loading, transporting, and delivery

  • Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction on every job site
  • Manage schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor performance
  • Train new crew members and enforce safety protocols
  • Communicate with dispatch and management for planning and updates
  • Maintain accurate records of jobs completed, equipment used, and crew attendance

Desired Candidate Profile

- Previous experience in moving, delivery, or logistics preferred
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver s license is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
