We seek a Creative Marketing Producer to drive high-performing creatives for their mobile games on strategic markets and casual segments, to play an integral part in their Marketing organization. As Creative Producer, s/he will deliver business growth through new, high-performing creatives and optimizing the existing creative mix. Drive the delivery of high-profile creatives for user acquisition campaigns videos, playable ads, statics.

You will be:

-Analyzing creative and performance KPIs and driving creative direction.

-Managing creative partners and suppliers including freelance consultants, creative agencies and production / post-production partners including briefings and onboarding.

Writing creatives briefs and scripts for creative production, conducting feedback rounds to maintain standards of quality

You will need 4+ years experience in a creative marketing team or agency, with a track record of managing and producing high-performing assets for user acquisition. Knowledge of creative production tools and game engine (Unity/Unreal Engine) is a bonus.
