We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Designer with strong skills in animation, visual storytelling, and content creation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality designs, motion graphics, and digital content that align with our brand identity and support marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to bring concepts to life across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce visually appealing static designs, motion graphics, and animations for digital campaigns.
- Create content for social media, website, ads, presentations, product explainers, and promotional videos.
- Translate creative briefs into impactful visual executions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all design materials.
- Edit and enhance existing graphics, illustrations, and animations.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and creative best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Animation, or related field.
- 3 4 years of professional experience as a Creative Designer, Motion Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing animation, motion graphics, and digital content creation.
Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Motion graphics and animation tools
- Basic video editing
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, color, and layout.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on time.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.)
- Experience creating UI animations and micro-interactions
- Photography and videography skills
