As Creative Director, you ll lead the agency s creative vision across branding, campaigns, and digital platforms. You ll oversee multidisciplinary teams, inspire high-level concepts, and ensure every project reflects strategic clarity and visual excellence. From ideation to execution, you ll champion creativity with purpose bringing cultural insight and bold thinking to every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

- Define and lead creative direction across brand identities, integrated campaigns, and digital ecosystems.

- Translate strategic objectives into compelling creative concepts and visual languages.

- Inspire, manage, and mentor a team of designers, writers, and art directors to deliver best-in-class work.

- Collaborate with strategy, content, and client teams to align creativity with business goals.

- Drive high standards of design craft, storytelling, and innovation across all outputs.

- Present creative work with clarity and conviction to both clients and internal teams.

- Champion cultural relevance and creative innovation, staying ahead of trends and shifts in design and technology.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in branding, digital design, or creative leadership preferably within an agency or creative studio.

- Proven track record of building successful brands and leading creative teams.

- A strong portfolio that showcases visionary thinking, brand systems, campaign work, and digital storytelling.

- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and a solid understanding of Figma, prototyping tools, and emerging tech.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills both visual and verbal.

- Strong grasp of UX/UI, motion, typography, and content-driven design.

- Fluent English is a plus.
