• Creating engaging content (text, photo, and video) for social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.

• Documenting the workshop s creative process, product development, artisan stories, and community impact.

• Planning and executing a monthly content calendar aligned with brand and marketing strategies.

• Collaborating with the design and production teams to develop content that showcases product features, materials, and techniques.

• Writing captions and short-form storytelling pieces that reflect the voice and identity of the brand.

• Shooting and editing short videos or reels featuring behind-the-scenes work, artisan interviews, or product highlights.

• Tracking engagement analytics and adjusting content strategies based on performance insights.

• Supporting marketing campaigns through targeted content creation and messaging.

• Ensuring all content is aligned with Takween s values around heritage preservation, women s empowerment, and sustainability.

Qualification:

• Bachelor s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, brand storytelling, or social media marketing.

Experience:

• Proven ability to write, design, and produce high-quality digital content.

• Experience using social media platforms for brand building and engagement.

• Familiarity with artisan, design, or heritage-focused projects is a strong advantage.

Skills:

• Excellent storytelling and writing skills in Arabic and English.

• Strong visual skills (photography, video capture, editing).

• Proficient in content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, or mobile editing apps.

• Passion for culture, craftsmanship, women s empowerment, and sustainable design.
