Job Title: Crane Supervisor (Liebherr Equipment Experience Preferred)

Location: Mesaieed City, Qatar (QAPCO - Qatar Energy)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Crane Supervisor to oversee crane operations at the QAPCO site under Qatar Energy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Liebherr cranes, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to manage crane crews efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise crane operations, ensuring safety and efficiency, particularly with Liebherr cranes.
• Lead and train crane operators and rigging crews.
• Conduct daily inspections, maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Plan and coordinate lifting operations with project managers and site teams.
• Enforce safety protocols and perform risk assessments for all lifting activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Crane Supervisor, with preference for Liebherr crane experience.
• Crane Supervisor certification (e.g., NCCCO, OPITO).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in industrial environments and ensure safety compliance.
