Roles & Responsibilities


  • Communicate effectively with ground crew and signal persons using hand signals, radios, or other communication devices to coordinate lifts and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Operate cranes in various weather conditions, adapting techniques to account for wind, visibility, and other environmental factors to maintain safety and precision.
