Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to establish a robust physical presence in Jordan, expand flyadeal s market share, and strengthen its footprint in the Jordanian market. This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring long-term growth, building brand equity, and supporting the launch of future routes in Jordan.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and profit targets by promoting flyadeal in Jordan as a high-quality, low-cost airline of choice while adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow flyadeal s market share in Jordan, steering the market away from other airlines (OAL) and identifying opportunities for new routes and services.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring high standards of service and proactively addressing customer needs to capitalize on available opportunities.
  • Manage station budgets effectively to meet cost-saving goals while delivering on business objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the local team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture aligned with flyadeal s values and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, government authorities, and other key stakeholders to promote flyadeal s brand and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master s degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • 5 7 years of experience in a managerial role within the travel, aviation, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth in competitive markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Jordanian market, including business practices, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior.
  • Expertise in sales and marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends, evaluate performance, and optimize results.
  • Proficiency in CRM and other sales-related tools.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Flexibility to respond effectively to changing market conditions and business environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships across cultural and organizational boundaries.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges to drive success.
