Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Expand spare parts sales across regions and channels; identify new growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor demand trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to inform forecasting and planning.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop competitive and profitable pricing models aligned with market dynamics and cost structures.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, supplier performance, and delivery timelines.
  • Fill Rate Monitoring: Track and improve order fulfillment rates, resolve backorders, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with IT and operations to enhance ERP, CRM, and inventory management systems.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing parts team; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Reporting & KPIs: Provide regular performance reports and insights to management; drive data-informed decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in spare parts, supply chain, or aftermarket operations, preferably in construction or industrial equipment.

  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management tools, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership capabilities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Bachelor s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, dynamic, and capable of working independently while thriving in a collaborative environment. Demonstrates integrity, proactiveness, and quality-driven results. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines are essential. Excellent communication skills are needed to engage positively with all stakeholders and drive change effectively.
