We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Country Manager to lead and expand store operations. You will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing store performance, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage retail store operations across multiple locations.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Ensure operational excellence, including inventory control, staff management, and customer service.
• Recruit, train, and lead high-performing store teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand positioning and in-store experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Country Manager, Retail Director, or Operations Director in a multi-store environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and store performance metrics.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
