Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do

Launch & Scale KSA Operations Set up Pemo s presence in KSA with full P&L ownership.

Drive Revenue Growth Develop and execute a sales strategy to build a strong pipeline and convert key accounts.

Build & Lead a Team Recruit and manage a high-performing sales and customer success team.

Own Market Strategy Make key business decisions to establish Pemo as a market leader.

Engage with Regulators Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Represent Pemo in KSA Build partnerships and increase brand awareness.
5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup.
Sales leadership experience experience mentoring and leading sales teams.
Strong commercial acumen proven ability to scale a business and drive revenue.
Strategic & execution-focused able to plan and deliver results.
Deep knowledge of the Saudi market basic familiarity with regulatory understanding.
Fluent in Arabic & English excellent communication skills.
