Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost plans, benchmarks, and value engineering recommendations.
- Monitor commitments, accruals, and cash flow forecasts.
- Analyze cost variances and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Maintain cost databases and support procurement in tender evaluations.
- Produce regular cost reports for leadership and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in engineering, Construction Management, or related.
- 10+ years in cost control/project management for infrastructure projects.
- Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or equivalent.
- Proficiency with cost management software, ERP systems, and Excel modeling.
- Arabic & English fluency; Saudi nationals highly encouraged.
